My coaching caters to walkers and runners of all ages and experience levels.  Whether you are interested in training for a particular race or to just improve your overall athletic performance, I can help you achieve your goals.  Even if you are JUST starting your journey, I can help!!!

As a client of my coaching services, you will receive:

  • Weekly customized training schedule (built for you) around your schedule and goals.  Your 1-on-1 training plan will have detailed paces, duration and intensity targeting your goal race.  The training plan will be delivered in two-week increments so that Coach Tracie Hunter can constantly adapt and adjust your plan based on how you are progressing.   ​

  • There will be several weekly check-ins to see how you are doing.  ​

  • Race plan / Race preparation and fueling advice

  • Nutrition coaching and support.  You will receive an assessment on your diet and we will work together on achieving a better, healthier version of you.  Whether it's to lose weight or to just eat better in general, Coach Tracie Hunter will help you figure out your nutrition and get you back on track.  

  • Unlimited access to Coach Tracie Hunter.​
