My coaching caters to athletes of all ages and experience levels. Whether you are interested in training for a particular race or to just improve your overall athletic performance, I can help you achieve your goals. Even if you are JUST starting your journey, I can help!!!

As a client of my coaching services, you will receive:
​
Weekly customized training schedule (built for you) around your schedule and goals. Your 1-on-1 training plan will have detailed paces, duration and intensity targeting your goal race. The training plan will be delivered in two-week increments so that Coach Tracie will constantly adapt and adjust your plan based on how you are progressing. ​
​
There will be several weekly check-ins over the VDOT app to see how you are doing. ​
​
Detailed Race plan for your GOAL race / Race preparation and run fueling advice. For any other races in your training cycle, you will get a brief pacing plan in VDOT.

Communication is a key part of having a coach. It is important for both the athlete and the coach to provide feedback throughout the coaching process.
​
Unlimited communication to Coach Tracie Hunter through VDOT app and email.​
​
Optional 15 minute monthly check-in via Zoom or phone call to ask questions, set goals and talk about training. (Additional time is available for $10 per 15 minute increment).​
​
IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE DISCOUNT, MONTHLY PACKAGES MUST BE PAID UPFRONT AND USED IN CONTINUITY. NO EXCEPTIONS. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
